It's Been a Year

I can’t believe it has been a solid year- a year since I made all sorts of decisions and choices. I moved from Chapel Hill to Charleston, took a new job as a flight nurse , and really learned to play golf. I also learned alot about forgiveness. And I am happy.
The move was a great thing. I have been able to be close to youngest two grand daughters- and I get to see them change on a weekly, and sometimes daily basis. It is so enlightening to see the world through their eyes.
I have gotten to check out Charleston and am still learning about places off the beaten path. New favorites include Jack's Cosmic Dogs, Foster's, and the respective piers at Mt. Pleasant and Folly Beach. I play golf weekly at Rivertowne and Snee Farm and love it-
My job- WOW! I can’t describe my job- every day I go to work it is like Christmas and my birthday, New Year’s Eve and July 4th all in one. I have some of the most awesome co-workers- the quatro ROCKS! They all teach me something on a daily basis. Professionally, I challenged the National Registry exam and reinstated my paramedic. Next up is the CFRN exam- and returning to school in the fall.....
As far as forgiveness, well, that is kind of private, but when you really love someone, sometimes you just have to let go of the bad, the hurt, the pain and just love.

A year already? Wow. I NEED to come to Charleston! Maybe I can convince Jeff to let me?
